Fitness - What physical activities do you enjoy? Can’t stand the gym? Would you rather dance your ass off at the beach? I'll help you integrate what you love into your lifestyle, so if the beach is near you then WHY NOT DO IT?! I’ll build you a fitness plan so baked around your lifestyle that you will WANT to workout. I’ll also coach you through the process of turning your workout into a non-negotiable part of your day, like brushing your teeth.
Nutrition - An active lifestyle requires proper nutrients at all times. I’m not a nutritionist, but I do understand food and how to use it as fuel to achieve your goals. I’ll provide recommendations for meals, supplements, protein powders, and snacks that will keep you feeling energized and light on your feet.
Self-Love - As your coach, I’m here to support you emotionally through this 8 week process as well. I will help you come up with a self-care strategy that you can use for the rest of your life. We will discuss techniques like meditation and yoga you can apply in self-care, your relationships, and more.
Additionally, I’ll recommend a skincare regimen that will help you maintain clear and radiant skin. Clear skin plays a huge role in your appearance, so proper hygiene and care for one’s body is integral in boosting self-confidence and a positive attitude towards oneself. Of course, drinking plenty of water and sweating will help the most :)
