During this 8 week program, I will support you in 4 areas: fitness, nutrition, self-care/life skills, and skincare.
Fitness - What physical activities do you love? As a run coach and personal trainer, I'll help you integrate what you love into your lifestyle by creating a fitness plan that works for your schedule.
Nutrition - An active lifestyle requires proper nutrients at all times, so I’ll build a custom meal plan along with recommendations for supplements and protein powders.
Self-Care / Life Skills - As your coach, I’m here to support you emotionally through this 8 week process as well. I will help you come up with a self-care strategy that you can use for the rest of your life. Some techniques I recommend are meditation, yoga, hot baths, and stone massages.
Skincare - As a former makeup artist for Guerlain, I know the need to have clear skin. Based on your skin type, I’ll recommend a skincare regimen that will help you maintain clear and radiant skin.
